Actually this a great video for beginners covering the butt sag problem. The Bent arms is a common problem for people too when they first start out and I’m sure if there is another video in this series that is mentioned… (or should be) but smearing is a little adavanced is doesn’t really come up that much and ya gotta break it up into sections or you’re going to confuse people
