<ul>
<li><strong>April 8th at 5:30 p.m.</strong> &#8211;  Rick is having a Climbing Knots and Belaying class.  The spaces are limited, please contact Rick to reserve a spot.  The clinic is free; however, we are requesting a $10 donation to the Blake Croxdale Scholarship Fund.</li>
<li>April 10th at 10 a.m. Matt is having his Basic Map and Compass Class.  ~ 2 hours.  Contact Matt at 479-521-6340 or e-mail info@packrat.biz to sign up.</li>
<li><strong>April 10th at 1 p.m.</strong> &#8211; Matt is having his Advanced Map and Compass Class.  This class includes hands-on orienteering and how to navigate with a GPS. This builds upon the Basic Map and Compass Class.  Contact Matt at 479-521-6340 or e-mail info@packrat.biz to sign up.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I finally hung my <a title="Climbing Hang Board" href="http://twitpic.com/zfjuv" target="_blank">Metolius climbing hang board</a>. I&#8217;ve had it in the closet for a couple of years, finally got it back out, and I&#8217;m already sore. Every time I pass by it I have to do a pull up on a different hold.</p>
<p>I would like to know how many of our members have hang boards in their training routine, or even in their house?</p>
<p>I had two set up in my flat in Bahrain and in my house in Oklahoma. Now that I am back in Arkansas and close to Mt. Magazine, I am ready to get back some of what I have lost. This is going to be a daily thing!</p>
